Trey's Poop In the Yard

So I took this video because I thought it was funny and cute that, first of all, he went on the side of the house, pulled off his shorts and underwear, and pooped right on top of the water drain in the grass. He apparently thinks he is allowed to poop in the grass because that's what the dogs do, and I think he pooped on the drain because whenever we are swimming at someone's house and he poops in his swim diaper, it is really messy so we hose him off over their drains outside. So anyway, he came and told me he pooped outside so we went and looked at it, then went back inside to get cleaned up, and then he went and got a napkin and said he was going to wipe up the poo poo. So I reluctantly said ok since he was so excited about it. Then I ran into our bedroom to take video through the window because I thought it was going to be cute and a funny memory. So here is the video.

Hmmm. So now you are wondering why he didn't pick up the poop? Well, guess what! The poop was gone! And who took it you ask?.......ummmmmm, that would be Murphy.
GROOOOOSSSSSSS!
So after realizing Murphy had taken it, I ran outside to find Trey crying Mommy! Poo poo!. Poor guy, guess he'll have to wait until he poops outside next time to pick it up. However, I did let him try to pick up some of Stella's poop that we found on our way back in, and that made him happy.
Hee hee.

Dax Loves Water

Today Dax got to swim without Trey because Trey was sleeping! He loves to splash around in the water even by himself and without any toys. He is now 9 1/2 months, turning 10 months on Aug 2.

The Beach House

We stayed overnight at a beach house in SC last week. Our friends the Sallees were given the house for a week, but Gary went to the hospital so he didn't get to enjoy the amazing house. So we stayed a couple days and helped out with the kids so Lisa could go to the hospital to spend time with Gary. We hung out in the house, went to the beach, Matt went surfing with Zach, and we enjoyed ourselves! It is too bad we don't live in a beach house like this one. It was awesome! I could get used to it!

The 2 Boys

Getting closer to having 2 boys rather than 1 boy and 1 baby.
Dax is now eating chunks of soft food by himself so he can sit and eat with Trey. Dax is moving around a lot more (not crawling, just doing "the worm" all over the house) and he loves Trey. They play and laugh at each other. Trey will run around the house and Dax will laugh and laugh and throw his arms up and down. Then he'll try to chase after him, getting all excited and squealing.

Dinner with Grammy and Grandpa

Grammy and Grandpa came over for dinner Sunday night, yay! We played outside and made create-your-own pizzas that we then BBQ'd and they came out great thanks to Matt! Then we had brownies and ice cream to celebrate Grandpa's birthday. I won't reveal how old he is though because I am so nice. :) I'll just say that he's WAY older than me!

Here is Dax having fun with his grandparents. He was teething pretty bad so he kept biting Grammy's shoulder and neck and slobbering all over her. She's used to it though. I think her sons still do that too. :)

The Cutest Picture Ever!

I got lucky getting this picure when I was taking Dax's 9 month pictures. I didn't know at the time if I was getting any good shots but when I uploaded them to the computer I saw this great one! Boy did I get lucky! Everyone always comments on their smiles, and now I have proof of how cute they are!
